This event will be SOCIAL DISTANCED; capacity is capped at 12 attendees. Masks are required when you aren't seated at your individual station!
Pictures shown are for inspiration only. Our project will vary slightly.
This workshop requires you to stamp handprints at home ahead of time! We will have many different letter cutouts and shapes ready for your creativity
If you have a gift certificate from a Covid-cancelled workshop, please text Bear to reserve your space! 785-393-7370
You can pick up black paint for hand-stamping at our shop, or grab your own at the craft store. We will have a demonstration on YouTube shortly; instructions are also shown here (see photo). Clear high-res photos of handprints must be emailed to email@example.com by November 30th. The backing and frame will be pre-stained with your preferred tone so that they're ready for pinning & gluing. You can paint or stain the handprints any color you like (materials provided). Please make your choice from the options on the right.

What to Expect
This project is a slightly challenging craft for ages 14 to 104. A brief ice-breaker will be followed by an assembly demonstration. Then you'll be building and assembling your own sign with help as requested. We will cut the backing and frame to fit your name or word. Finished size will be about 12 inches tall; length depends on the number of handprints, up to 36 inches.
We will be hosting a wine tasting and wine sale tonight! Or, select any other two drinks served in The Hollow (more may be purchased). Choose from alcohol or non-alcohol. (Must be 21 to enjoy alcohol, of course.) You may bring food if you like.

Tools You Need to Bring
Attendees must be 14+ years for this particular class (all classes are different). Ladies younger than 18 must be accompanied by a legal adult. No children under age 14 may be present in the workshop for this class.
Capacity in this workshop is limited to 12 attendees. Workshops are hosted in the Bear & Blue workshop, which is a working creative studio run by a manic artist. So please do not expect a clean, sterile environment. You will be surrounded by works-in-progress for the manufacturing side of the business. We recommend wearing comfy clothes and shoes. Stains are possible with certain projects!
