Bear & Blue does not offer cash refunds. New merchandise may be exchanged for another item in stock, within certain parameters (read below). Exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all related parts. Proof of purchase is required.
Custom orders and perishable goods cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt. The issue/defect must be brought to the attention of Bear & Blue and a resolution agreed upon. Products cannot be sent back to Bear & Blue that are deemed intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or liquid. Clearance/closeout items may not be sent back (purchases are final).
Exchange requests can be emailed to email@example.com. The merchandise can be mailed to Bear & Blue, 2290 West Broadway, Idaho Falls ID 83402, ATTN: PRODUCT EXCHANGE (include order number). Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email will be sent to the customer with approval or rejection of the exchange.
Due to the rapid investment in materials, tools, refreshments, entertainment, and other preparations, all event ticket sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. If a Bear & Blue event is cancelled, the customer will be issued a gift certificate for the full cash value of the ticket within 30 days of the original event date. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for entry and the order will not qualify for a gift certificate.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient may request a gift credit for the value of the merchandise. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, please be aware that the gift-giver may be notified of the exchange by way of automated communications.
Shipping costs for delivery of an order to the customer are non-refundable. If the merchandise is defective, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided upon request (standard ground). Bear & Blue does not cover shipping costs for optional merchandise exchanges. Defective returns or merchandise exchanges should be addressed to Bear & Blue, 2290 West Broadway, Idaho Falls ID 83402. ATTN: PRODUCT RETURN (include order number). If an item’s exchange value is over $50, shipping insurance should be considered. Bear & Blue cannot guarantee receipt of items not tracked and insured.
Exchange shipping times may vary; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Please be aware that porch theft is a problem worldwide. Bear & Blue is not responsible for packages that go missing after being tracked as “delivered” to a customer. Missing deliveries qualify as a home/office theft issue; local authorities should be notified. Customers that have concerns about their delivery area and/or want additional assurance of delivery, should select "signature confirmation" from the shipping options during checkout (an added cost). Tracked packages that show delivery through the service provider will not be replaced by Bear & Blue for free.
Delivery dates are estimates only. If a delivery date is critical, please contact Bear & Blue before placing an order. Bear & Blue is a small business and many items on this website are made-to-order.
